• Quick Sales Order Entry module, using customer templates for exceptionally fast data entry.

• Configuration settings to cater for management of factors such as Production Days, Timings, Batch Types, Pan sizes, Use by dates, Production Lines, etc.

• Production planning module with matrix for both daily and weekly forecasts

• Daily or weekly forecast generation from top down, through intermediate product and recipe levels to raw materials requirements, with capacity for production manager to make manual adjustments to items and quantities.

• Trial build to check for material shortages

• Production confirmation process allows for adjustments to finished product according to yield variations.

• Full traceability from Raw Materials through to finished product and vice versa, providing a facility for FSA and customer traceability compliance audits, as well as dealing with actual product recall instances.

• Product prototype module – test costing of potential product lines without the need to create a new product code, either from scratch or using an existing product template. Includes ability to incorporate currency exchange rates for those importing ingredients.

• Enquiry / Reporting pack includes typical production sheet (works order) formats, production reports, etc.
